🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and pre-orders) after we receive your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Good news: Standard shipping is free in FRANCE via Mondial Relay for all orders over €150!

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that will allow you to check its status on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Europe.

5. Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.
• Damaged Package: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items at the following address: Japancardstcg@gmail.com.
