📜 Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale by the Japancardstcg store of all products featured on the website. Any order placed on the website implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

2. Prices

The prices of our products are listed in Euros (€), including all taxes.

  • Shipping costs: These are not included in the displayed price and are charged as an additional fee upon checkout.
  • Customs duties: For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Order and Payment

The customer confirms their order by clicking the “Confirm Payment” button. Payment is due immediately. Payments may be made via:

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

  • Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refund: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

5. Legal Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of a non-conforming product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

6. Liability

The Japancardstcg store cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. Similarly, we shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet (viruses, service interruptions).

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the company’s registered office shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by public policy.
